Is the official google play store included

I'm looking at the Audi A4 2013 android head unit.
1. Is the official google play store included?

Can I download any google application just fine? (For example, Google Maps, Waze, Google Play music)?

2. I've seen similar units on the market that have the android part of the operating system separate from the DVD and Audio part.... can I still watch videos and listen to music through Android?(or asked in another way: does android have access to the car's audio system?)
