Q: Your picture the home screen said "klima" instead of "Climate". Is this how it will look? I am still a little confused about how this works.Will my home screen look the same? Will I lose any of the features of my current system? Are all of the displays in English? Also, what are your service procedures should something go wrong with the unit? Do you have a U.S. service center/warehouse?What type of warranty is on the unit? Will the ipod charge while connected? What is the voltage output for the unit? I believe I saw 2v. Is this correct? I ask because I run aftermarket amplifiers. Do you plan on adding SAT Radio option any time soon? Sorry for all the questions. I'm very interested, but a little concerned about purchasing from China. Hello,the home screen will look the same.You will not lose any features of your current system.Yes,the display is in English.This unit is Multi-langauges.

We can accept return or repair if this unit has any quality problem.We have no warehouse in US now,the warranty is one year.

Yes,the ipod can charge while connected.The voltage of this BMW E60 head unit is 12V.

We have no plan to add SAT Radio option at present.

Q: Can I play video clips, movies from USB? Which format is supported with USB (AVI, MP4, DVD)? I have BMW 520d, E60, 2009. Screen in my car is 6,5 inches, I have only original CD player (can reproduce navigation DVD, but not regular DVDs). Can I play video clips, movies from USB? Hello,this unit can support your original car's logic 7 system and PDC sensor.

If you install the rearview camera in your car,then PDC will not have image when you are using rearview camera.

Q: Does the screen support the park distance information. PDC ? Why do you have to specify your original screen size are connections different on 6.5" and 8.8" as your screen is just one size ? Bydavid Mar 8, 2014

Yes,the screen can support PDC.

Because the software are different for original 6.5 inch screen and 8.8 inch screen. The software is stored in our screen.So even our screen is just one size,we still need to know your original car's screen size.
