Hello, Does your car have optic fiber? If your car has optic fiber amplifier,then you need to bypass the existing amp. I am sorry this unit can't add satellite radio. This unit has video play function.The media player is not netflix. You also can using internet to view videos. Yes,you can use the av out to watch on the rear video screens.
